Stoffel offers a varied lunch menu from 12 noon to 5 pm. In the evening, we serve a four-course menu that changes daily. We use top-quality local produce. Our head chef, Thomas, draws inspiration from traditional recipes from the Alpine region and combines them with the latest trends.

From October 25 to December 2 we take a break. We are back on December 3. The entire team looks forward to your visit and a great winter season.

Meat products exclusively from organic and Demeter farms. Respectful and species-appropriate treatment of the animal.
