Head chef Thomas Krättli from Untervaz and junior chef Jaroslav Andrejcik from Slovakia, supported by the talented Hamza from Sudan, work tirelessly to ensure our guests are well looked after. Day in, day out, they prepare, fry, cook and bake those delicious dishes and meals – loved by our diners and regularly met with applause – with passion and creativity.
