On the subject of meat

The Stoffel works with carefully selected farms where the animals are kept under the best conditions in accordance with the strict guidelines regarding husbandry and feeding of Bio Suisse and the Demeter label.

The animals end their lives on the farm they are familiar with. Live animals are not transported to slaughterhouses.

The collaboration with the Quarta farm in Alvaneu is an example of our philosophy.
