On the subject of milk
Stoffel gets its milk from Rütihof in Landquart, where Andi Gabathuler produces according to Demeter specifications. His dairy cows live in the bright, open stable and graze on the lush pastures around the farm.

The milk is processed by Christian Will in nearby Untervaz. After gentle pasteurization, he produces quark and natural yogurt for Stoffel. Homemade fruit pulp is also offered at breakfast. Another specialty is the fine ice cream.
