On the subject of milk

The Stoffel gets its milk from the Danuser organic farm in Felsberg, where the Danuser family produces according to Bio Suisse guidelines.

The milk is processed by Christian Will in nearby Untervaz. After gentle pasteurization, he produces quark and natural yogurt for Stoffel. Homemade fruit pulp is also offered at breakfast. Another specialty is the fine ice cream.
